As part of ongoing efforts to strengthen cooperation with various sports bodies, a delegation from the Jordan Cycling Federation, headed by Dr. Tareq Al-Khayyat, visited the General Secretariat of the Police Sports Federation today. The delegation met with Brig. Gen. Yanal Al-Jazi, Secretary-General of the Police Sports Federation.

During the meeting, Brig. Gen. Al-Jazi emphasized the continuous directives of Public Security Director Major General Dr. Obeidallah Al-Ma’aytah to support athletes, facilitate their sporting endeavors, and enhance collaboration with national sports federations. He also praised the active role of the Jordan Cycling Federation in promoting and developing the sport across the Kingdom.

The visit concluded with an agreement to form a dedicated cycling team within the Police Sports Federation, with the Jordan Cycling Federation providing support and training programs for the team. The aim is to prepare and develop the athletes for regular training and participation in future competitions.
