As part of its ongoing efforts to elevate the physical and medical care of national team riders and participants in local races, the Jordan Cycling Federation has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Physio District, a specialized physiotherapy center.

This partnership aims to support the health and performance of cyclists by providing specialized services in physiotherapy, rehabilitation, and injury prevention—contributing to a more professional and sustainable sporting environment.

The agreement includes the provision of comprehensive rehabilitation programs, regular fitness assessments, awareness workshops, and on-ground medical support during races and events organized or supervised by the federation.

The agreement was signed on behalf of the Jordan Cycling Federation by its President, Dr. Tareq Al-Khayyat, and on behalf of Physio District by Mr. Aref Al-Louzi, the General Manager of the center, at the federation’s headquarters in Al-Hussein Sports City.

This step comes as part of the federation’s broader strategy to ensure a supportive and safe environment for cyclists, reflecting its commitment to enhancing athletic performance and prioritizing health as a key pillar of success in both local and international competitions.
