Organized by Generations for Peace, the Dead2Red Cycling Race—originally founded by the Amman Road Runners in 1993—is a 200 km challenge that starts on the shores of the Dead Sea at Ghor Al-Safi and finishes at the Ayla Oasis Resort on the shores of the Red Sea. Beginning at the lowest point on Earth, approximately 415 meters below sea level, the race offers a continuous ascent all the way to sea level.
