This significant course, organized with the support of the International Cycling Union (UCI) and the Asian Cycling Confederation (ACC), aims to enhance the competence of national commissaires in Asian countries, particularly in developing nations, by improving their skills according to the highest international standards.

The course included intensive training on several key areas such as understanding international cycling regulations and laws, race management and coordination, officiating in critical situations, and the use of modern technology to monitor races and ensure their integrity. Additionally, the course focused on developing communication skills and making decisive judgments during sporting events.
